How AIAM connects to Google and Meta
Google Ads, GA4, Search Console
AIAM connects to Google via OAuth 2.0 user-delegated consent only. We use Google API Services strictly under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- Used only to power user-facing features inside AIAM (the Marketing Analytics Cockpit).
- Not used for advertising, retargeting, or any third-party transfer.
- Not read by humans except for security investigations or with explicit user consent.
- You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting the integration in AIAM.
Google scopes used include https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords for the Google Ads integration.
Meta — Facebook & Instagram
AIAM connects to Meta via OAuth user-delegated consent under the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. We request only the minimum permissions for the features you enable:
public_profile,email— identify the connecting user.pages_show_list,pages_read_engagement— list managed Pages and read aggregated engagement metrics.instagram_basic,instagram_manage_insights— list connected Instagram business accounts and read aggregated insights.ads_read— read Ad Account, campaign, ad set and ad metadata plus aggregated insights metrics.business_management— list Business Manager assets during connection.ads_management(only when explicitly enabled) — user-initiated actions such as pause/resume.leads_retrieval(only when explicitly enabled) — ingest Lead Ads form submissions into AIAM's CRM.
Meta Platform Data is used only to power features you enable, is never sold or transferred to data brokers, is never used to build advertising profiles outside the Meta platforms, and can be deleted at any time via the in-app Disconnect & delete data control or by emailing hello@aiam.care.
