Data Deletion Instructions

AIAM lets you delete personal data we hold about you and any third-party data (Google, Meta, etc.) we received on your behalf. You can use any of the methods below. We confirm completion in writing and, for Meta-originated requests, provide a verifiable confirmation code on request.

We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. Back-ups containing the data are rotated and overwritten on our standard schedule (currently 30 additional days), after which no copies remain.


Option 1 — Delete from inside AIAM (fastest)

  1. Sign in to AIAM at https://aiam.care.
  2. Open Marketing Hub → Settings → Integrations.
  3. Find the integration you want to disconnect (Google, Meta, etc.) and click Disconnect & delete data.
  4. To delete your entire AIAM account, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.

You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.


Option 2 — Remove AIAM from Facebook (Meta-specific)

If you originally connected through Facebook and want Facebook to notify us automatically:

  1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and Websites.
  3. Select AIAM and click Remove.

Facebook will send AIAM a deauthorization signal. We:

  • Revoke your access token immediately.
  • Stop all background syncs for that connection.
  • Delete all Meta Platform Data associated with your user within 30 days.

If your request includes a Facebook confirmation code, send it to hello@aiam.care and we will provide a status URL where you can verify completion.


Option 3 — Email request

Send an email to hello@aiam.care from the address tied to your AIAM account (or to the Customer Organization administrator who manages your access) with:

  • Subject: Data Deletion
  • Body: specify what to delete — all data, Meta data only, Google data only, or a specific integration.

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.


What we delete

Upon a valid request, we delete:

  • Your account profile and authentication credentials.
  • OAuth tokens for connected third-party services (Google, Meta, and any others).
  • Data we received from those services on your behalf (campaign metadata, performance metrics, leads, page/ad-account references).
  • Application logs that identify you, except where we are required to retain audit logs by law.

We may retain a minimal record (your email, the date, and a hash of the request) for up to 12 months solely to demonstrate compliance with the deletion request itself.


What we cannot delete on your behalf

  • Data held by third-party platforms themselves (Google Ads, Meta, etc.). To delete data inside those platforms, use the controls provided by the platform.
  • Data held by your Customer Organization in AIAM if you are an employee of that organization and the organization is the data controller. In that case, ask the organization's administrator, or contact us and we will forward the request.
