ai'am motion is a professional tool for prosthetists, orthotists, physiotherapists and physicians. It records a patient's gait with the iPhone camera, measures it, and produces a measurement report.

This page is for professionals using the App and for the clinics and practices that contract for it.

Reporting a problem

To help us resolve a problem quickly, please include:

• what you were doing when the problem appeared, and what you expected to happen;
• the name of your organisation and the e-mail address of your account;
• your iPhone model and iOS version, and the App version from Settings › About;
• the date and approximate time the problem occurred.

Please do not send patient recordings, reports or any patient-identifying information by e-mail. If we need to look at a specific recording, we will tell you how to give us access securely.

Frequently asked questions

Is ai'am motion a medical device? No. It is a measurement and documentation tool. It does not diagnose and it does not recommend or decide on treatment. Every clinical assessment and decision is made by the professional using the App. This is stated on a mandatory screen the first time the App is opened, in the Terms of Use, and in the Privacy Policy.

How accurate is the measurement? The App reports what it measures from the recording. The results depend on the recording conditions: camera position, lighting, clothing, how much of the body and the device is visible, and the walking distance. Follow the recording instructions shown in the App and check whether the results are plausible before using them.

Can I use the App without a signed agreement? After registering, you can create a small number of test reports. Full use of the Service requires an agreement between your organisation and Orto Algorytmics. There are no purchases in the App — we do not sell subscriptions through the App Store.

Does analysis happen on my phone or on your servers? Pose analysis can run on the device. Uploading a recording is a separate action you choose: it sends the recording and its associated analysis data to the Service, where the report is generated in the language you select.

Why does the App ask for camera access? To record a patient's gait. The camera records without sound, and the App does not request microphone access. You can also import an existing video through the system Files picker; the App accesses only the file you select, not your whole photo library. An imported video may contain an audio track.

Why does the App ask to send notifications? So that it can tell you when a report you ordered is ready. This permission is optional. You can refuse it, or withdraw it at any time in iOS settings, and everything else in the App continues to work.

In which languages is the App available? English, Polish, French and Ukrainian.

Deleting your account

You can start the deletion of your personal account inside the App, in your account settings. This removes your access, your profile and your credentials.

Deleting your own account does not delete your clinic's patient data and does not end your organisation's agreement — that data belongs to your organisation, and only an authorised representative of the organisation can instruct its deletion.

If you are a sole practitioner and you are yourself our Customer, and no one else will continue the service, the deletion flow will explain this to you and will close the service as well. You will be given a secure way to download your data before it is deleted, and that route does not depend on the login you are deleting.

To ask for your organisation's data to be deleted, or for the organisation's account to be closed, write to hello@aiam.care from an authorised representative. We will verify the authority of the person making the request before carrying it out.

If you are a professional user, you can exercise your data protection rights by writing to hello@aiam.care.

If you are a patient whose gait was recorded, please contact the clinic or practice that recorded you. That organisation is the controller of your data and decides about it. If you write to us, we will forward your request to them. Where your recordings were used to develop our models with your separate consent, you can contact us directly and withdraw that consent at any time.
